This business is VERY appropriately named! Lance was incredibly professional, personal and thorough. Both my Dad and adult son had previously laid eyes on the cottage/acerage property that I was intending to purchase as a solo Mom. They had a few concerns that Lance was able to address with ease. His knowledge and attention to detail saved us from a potential shop fire down the road for a mere $20 fix! He offered other easy solutions to prevent other “problems” before they actually became a problem! We had a WETT inspection done of our wood burning stove as well… and experienced the same level of trust in the services provided. My realtor and I both agreed that we would HIGHLY recommend this business! I truly can’t believe how reasonably priced it is for the value received in return…
